Noble County Jail Mugshots Overview

The current page shows why a name search is only the first step. The photo may be visible on the card, but the profile provides the better record context for charge, bond, arresting agency, and notification details.
Where to Find Noble County Booking Photos

How Long a Mugshot Stays on the Roster
The sheriff site does not publish a fixed removal interval for booking photos. Current-inmate photos remain visible while the current card or profile is published and a photo file is available. Released-inmate photos can appear on the released list, but the page does not state how many days releases remain online. The inspected release API included releases dating back into May 2026 during June 25, 2026 research, but that observation should not be converted into a policy. Treat it as a snapshot of what was online at inspection, not a promise of retention.
What is and is not public: The public roster can show the booking image, name, demographics, booking date, arresting agency, charges, bond amount, and release details when those fields are present. It did not show a complete street address, housing pod, judge, court date, warrant number, or projected release date in the inspected sample. Records that are not posted online may require a sheriff records request and may still be limited by Oklahoma law or a court sealing order.

Mugshot Removal and Sealed Records
The research did not locate a Noble County-specific online mugshot removal policy or a separate statewide mugshot-release statute. The supported records-clearing route is Oklahoma expungement or sealing where a person is eligible. OSBI's expungement material points to Title 22, Section 18 for statutory eligibility categories. If a court seals or expunges an eligible arrest or case record, the requester should use the resulting court order or agency instructions when asking the sheriff or other record holders to update public access. A dismissal, acquittal, or completed sentence does not automatically mean every publicly posted booking record disappears from every system without the proper legal process.

ODOC is the correct channel for sentenced Oklahoma prisoners after transfer from county jail, and its public locator is built around offender identity, custody status, facility or supervision location, and abbreviated offense or sentence information.
